These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, subscriptions, event services, and community platforms. In addition to our Terms of services we also follow khn-uvh-engels-as-of-2024 guidelines for the Hospitality Industry.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Havilla Serve is a food business operating in the Netherlands, offering food products, food services, event food management, and community-based food platforms.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Prepared meals and food combos
- Subscriptions
- Event food services
- Community content and memberships
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and take effect immediately.
2. Ordering & Payment
- All orders, subscriptions, and bookings are placed through our website or approved channels.
- Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering or booking.
- Accepted payment methods may include online payment providers, debit/credit cards, and other supported payment options displayed at checkout.
Prices are listed in euros (€) and may be subject to change. Promotional pricing may be time-limited.
3. Subscriptions & Cancellations
- Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly, as stated).
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation terms and deadlines are clearly stated at the point of subscription.
Havilla Serve reserves the right to pause, modify, or discontinue subscription offerings with prior notice.
4. Delivery & Fulfilment
- Orders are delivered or made available based on the delivery or collection option selected at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
- Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once delivery is completed or the order is collected.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
5. Events & Food Services
For event food services:
- Menu scope, pricing, and service details will be agreed upon in advance.
- Final guest numbers, dietary requirements, and event details must be communicated within the agreed timeframe.
- Havilla Serve is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or late information provided by the client.
6. Allergens & Food Safety
Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:
- Gluten (wheat)
- Milk
- Eggs
- Soy
- Nuts
- Fish
- Sesame
Our kitchen handles a variety of food products, and cross-contamination cannot be fully eliminated.
Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions are strongly advised to contact us before ordering.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Food is prepared in an environment where allergens are present
- Havilla Serve cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed or known allergies
7. Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction
Due to the nature of fresh food:
- Food items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable
- Refunds or replacements may be offered if an order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged upon delivery
Any issues must be reported within an hour of receipt.
8. Community Content & Participation
- Community platforms, blogs, and content are provided for informational and educational purposes.
- Participation in community activities, challenges, or collaborations is voluntary.
- We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates community guidelines or these Terms.
9. Liability
Havilla Serve is not liable for:
- Misuse of products
- Failure to follow food storage or allergen guidance
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the value of the order or service purchased.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Havilla Serve unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
